Sébastien Rousseau is the navigation specialist of the OCEAN71 Magazine team. He is living in the South of France, near the city of Béziers. Most of the year, he is working on sailing and motor boat. When the OCEAN71 Magazine team decides to go on a mission that involves using its sailing office, Sébastien reunites and brings his navigation expertise, allowing the rest of the team to focus on the story.
